McRoskey Foundations (Box Spring)

McRoskey Foundations, are a premium all-natural box spring designed to work in perfect harmony with your McRoskey mattress. Built using trusted, old-world techniques and featuring a responsive pocketed coil support system, this handcrafted foundation enhances comfort while preserving the exceptional support your mattress was designed to provide.

Unlike conventional foundations that rely on synthetic foams and chemical adhesives, the McRoskey Foundation is made with 100% natural materials and contains no artificial foams, adhesives, or off-gassing substances. The result is a healthier, cleaner sleep environment that supports restorative rest night after night.

Do you need a box spring? Not necessarily. McRoskey mattresses are engineered to perform beautifully on both platform beds and traditional foundations. Many customers choose a platform frame for a lower profile and firmer feel. Adding the McRoskey Foundation creates a softer, more cushioned sleep experience while increasing the overall height of your bed.

Choosing whether to use a box spring often comes down to your preferred comfort level and the type of bed frame you own. If you’re unsure, there’s no need to stress—experiencing both options in person can help you find the perfect fit for your sleep style.

Whether you’re looking to add luxurious comfort, increase mattress height, or complete your sleep system with an all-natural foundation, the McRoskey Foundation delivers handcrafted support designed to last for years to come.
