Have you ever noticed how many horror films and TV shows involve really bad nights of sleep? Nightmare On Elm Street immediately comes to mind, but there are so many others. Invasion of the Body Snatchers, Doctor Sleep, Slumber, Don't Sleep, Before I wake...the list goes on and on.

Why is this such a common trope for the horror genre? Just think of how important good sleep is, and what happens when we don't get it. One or two nights of bad sleep and our mood sours and we have a hard time concentrating. Add in a few more nights and we start suffering from serious health issues. There's a reason sleep deprivation is a form of torture.

While it can be fun to have a good scare every once in a while, our health, both physical and mental, would be so much better served by leaving the nightmares to the movies, and getting a good night's rest. The foundation of that is a comfortable mattress. Visit our showroom and get a feel for what a quality, organic mattress can do for your wellbeing.

No tricks here this Halloween, only treats for your sleep.
